Omex Engine Management and Dellorto 45's

Post by BS25 »

We are currently updating the race car with throttle bodies so I have the following for sale:-

Omex 100 engine ignition control with loom to suit Alfa flat four, includes throttle position sensor. Will need a trigger wheel (circa £25) if not being used on a 33 that was previously injected and also a coil pack (most are suitable). Gives a more accurate matching of spark to throttle opening. Its been totally reliable. The map is was obviously suited to our engine but will at least start an engine to a different spec. Comes with installation manual. £400.

Dellorto DRLA 45 carbs in excellent condition, used on our 16v race engine for the last two seasons but actually very similar settings wise to what we used on our previous 8v engine. Ready to be used again (no rebuild required). £400.

Hi mate, we should catch up soon.

I would like to add to this advert by testifying that there is probably not a more pampered set of carbs on the planet!

Having seen them fettled on many an occasion in the past, and knowing their performance too, i personally think these are a steal.

If i hadn't already bought some equally brilliant carbs from you eh! ha ha!

good luck with the sale

Hi Shrew,

Yes definitely - it'll soon be time for a trip to the rolling road (not just yet, but soon!). Hope you are well - the forum looks great!

I think you are right about the carbs, its also worth saying they haven't had anything less than V-Power/Nitro + through them for years!
