Thanks guys, also thanks Kev, you were right about the wings coming off, when I went at it with the grinder the inner bit was fine, just needed a load of c*ap cleaning out, so I made a couple of repair sections and lifted the outer wing and re-bolted between it, held it all in place nicely. It isn't the tidiest weld, but you cant see it and the tester said "Well that is thorough!" So very happy and got to work quicker this morning (Been using the camper van for a couple of weeks!)

Looking at MOT I did 6000+ miles last year using it pretty much every day, most used Sud on the road? There's a challenge for you all....

I now have a list of little jobs to do, but as you know it is all a lot easier when it is on the road.

No threat from me Chris.
Mine is in hibernation now till New Year. I have only done approximately 1,500 - 2,000 miles per year since I got her back together. :D
Credit to you for using the car, still looks great and I love the colour.
