and it belongs to a good friend of mine, a lad i went to school with in fact, and has been into Suds since he was old enough to drive.
I tried to buy it a few years ago, but he was so flattered that i wanted it, i think it rekindled something and he refused, quite rightly too!

A labour of love, it was a very very bare shell some years ago, and the very best parts he, Jay, could find, were sourced, many rejected, some kept, improved and restored, assembled to the shell, and then Jay being a bodyworker by trade, lavishly painted it in a rather limited Alfa colour of his chosing.
Fully retrimmed interior, Sprint seats, and a lot of attention to detail, makes it a very very nice Sud indeed.
Boasting a 1712cc 8v motor on 40's and filters, a BLS stainless system, she goes very well too!
No wonder it was right up my street eh, but i couldn't tempt him to part with it, and he was right to keep it, i'd do the same
