Hello all alfisti and forum members.
It is with a heavy heart that i share the sad news that i heard myself this morning, that one of our longest and most active members, Keith, aka Kegsti, had passed away yesterday.
Some of you may have known that he had been very poorly and battling with cancer, but i'm hoping that many more of you knew Keith from a far happier side of his life, and that would be his love of Alfa Romeo's, and through his amazing S1 Sud, and 156.
If you were ever lucky enough to see some of his masterclass restoration work in his former day job, you'd be hard pressed to find a more skilled professional metalworker, his work on some of the rarest and most valuable classic cars was nothing short of incredible!
Keith's passing is a great loss to the forum, he will be greatly missed, and i'd like to pass our condoloences on behalf of the Classic Alfa Forum to his family and friends.
Keith was such a lovely guy, he thought nothing of passing on his wealth of experience and knowledge, and was genuinely one of the nicest fella's you could wish to meet.
Rest in peace Kegsti, and know that were loved, cherished, and appreciated, by all that met you both online amongst the chat rooms, and in real life.....
