We have all seen them but i just loved the finishing comment on this one

So, it's seized so rusted to hell inside (best case scenario, or the belt has snapped while he tried to start it) so either way it will need a strip down. Yes you could probably free it up with diesel down the plug holes but the rust inside will wreck it.
Trouble is there are people out there that fall for it.
