1986 Alfa Sprint QV relays

Hi All
I am having problems with my relays for the Main and Fog lights.
Fog lights have never worked properly and I think it is because the incorrect relays are used
All that are in are 5 pin but only one has five pins to connect (the main light)
all the others are 4 pin
Im guessing that the 5 would work but would depend on what type of 5 pin.
I want to buy new relays and was wondering if anyone knows what type goes where.

My 88' QV relays are this like:


According to Haynes manual, headlamp relay is the one at the most left, 0002. Foglamp relay is the the most right one, 0440. I hope this helps.
