Anyone near Blackpool - can I ask your help

HI folks

Hope you don't mind, especially given it is a non-alfa related matter. My dad has just verbally committed to a car in Blackpool with the proviso it checks out ok. I am in Glasgow so its not easy to get down to check it out. Would someone be kind enough to give the car a cursory once over for us just for peace of mind before we make the journey down. Alternatively I see clickmechanic do a check for a very reasonable fee - are they any good?? If anybody could assist in the next couple of days would be appreciated.

I'm nowhere near there but if your Dad is in the AA or RAC they do car checks...

ALas he's not and neither am I. THe MOT history checks out just fine however, and the pics look good so am maybe just being paranoid. Just being a private sale one can't be too careful.
