Here i have a complete gearbox, driveshaft (propshaft), viscous coupling and rear axle with hubs and brake caliper brackets, taken from an Alfa Romeo 33 P4 All Wheel Drive.
I can't vouch for it an awful lot as i never drove the car they came from, but my visual assessment would be as follows.
Gearbox, turning the input shaft manually, the drive flanges turn as they should, and holding one brings in the differential and that also behaves as it should under such a test.
I had tested the selection of gears when i first bought it, and it selects as you'd expect under this static test.
The shaft appears to be in good condition, but the rubber cush at the rear end of the viscous coupling is very tired and will need replacing, now available as an improved part on its own from alfa 33 parts specialists, so no biggy.
The rear axle is a good solid part, no heavy rust etc. I cant say much about the rear axle differential other than again under static testings it behaves as expected.
This are very rare and hard to come by parts, and not normally all in one place either, and because i have never driven the donor vehicle to prove anymore than i have mentioned above, i am only going to ask £250 for the whole lot.
Feel free to come and see it for yourself, plus i have many tools and if you wish to inspect further you can feel free to open it up and inspect it for yourself before you buy.
These parts can be collected in person or van/pallet/courier delivered by separate prior arrangement too.

I think just rear wheel drive might be more up my street Tim, so easy to do in reality too, and finally a traditional rear handbrake aswell!
That is a bargain!
