Spotted this on the M25 last night....

It was wrapped in felt... I'm not kidding!

I thought that it looked like that new vantablack colour at first glance at the photo.
Felt though, what would you clean it with once you have removed all the fuzzy felt? :lol:

Car vacuum?
There was a small craze for "Velvetex" ?? back in the 70's which was really weird as the total lack of reflections made the cars look very different.
