One of my mates have a 16v with C&B cams, Iresa 2,5" exhaus and a remap. He is currently running with standart plenum and injection. He was on the same dyno on the same day. 141,2 bhp and 160 nm. IMO cams is a waste of money on standart injection and plenum

Yes no way will you get 240 bhp from a 16v with standart injection

You can't blank it completly without an egr delete but you can get a plate with 4 small holes in it. You can use that one without a delete

The 33 S2 1,5 ti has the same ratio as the S3 1,5 ie, 1,7 ie and the 16V. I have heard the the 16V has a thicker casting though

If you are willing to pay for new original cams I would get C&B cams instead. The quality is far better on the C&B cams
