Another 12 months and another mot, - front part of the exhaust needed replacement, and a couple of minor things, about 8000 miles added, still going strong, and used every day !

Another 12 months on and a fresh mot ! - it needed a couple of front wishbones and a sidelight bulb - what an a bloody fiddly thing to change ! - but otherwise still going strong, - 9200 miles this year, and still very pleased with it !

I think this seal is the same size as a series 2 seal, but this has a lip running along the bottom edge that fitted under the top edge of the boot lid, - the series 3 boot lid was different to the series 2 in that it had a step along the top edge, and extra lights in it, so unique to series 3 booted...

The only downside to the LPG is that the spare wheel makes the boot untidy as the tank is in the spare wheel well ! - and the rarety of LPG pumps at petrol stations, but I've a bulk tank at the workshop that the heating runs off, and I can fill the car from that, so for me, very convenient.
