Hi All

FiatChris and i were saying a couple of weeks back that we hadn't done a Pint n Pizza for a while, and the Christmas / New Year meetings were hard for many to attend to, so how about a pre-spring eveing down at the usual Pint n Pizza venue of the Great Northern Inn, Carlton on Trent, NG23 6NT?


They've actually just got themselves a new Cheffy Type, and i haven't seen the Pizza menu for a while, but i'm sure they'll knock us some up as before with little warning of numbers, OR, we can do more of a buffet or even a sit down thing if folk prefer?

I'm easy either way, its just an excuse at the end of the day to meet mates, talk cars, and the food is something to do with the other hand!

I'll be there - always a really good night due to the people present and venue.

Might be up for this, all depends when you have in mind, if missus can get a night off work we might pop over

We've done a few thursdays before which are a nice break up of the week, but we can always tailor it to suit if its any better for folk?

Doesn't really matter mate as long as the missus can get the night off work, she should be able to with a bit of notice. Presumably as the place does food it will be ok to bring our daughter? (she won't be drinking any beer!)

Count me in, so long as I'm not darn sarf working which I generally don't know in advance, but a Thursday is usually ok, or Friday.

I have something for shrew and owe Kev some cash for a couple of panels so need to turn up.

Exactly!! and my Sud is going for its summer break at the end of July, booked it into BLS, maybe they can find first gear and the handbrake!!!! Be nice to stand in a car park with a pint

Sorry for the delay, but I've been waiting on the pub actually, whilst they have been through a transition of Chefs!

All settled now, and they eagerly await our arrival!

They can do our previous pint n pizza, their regular menu always available, or with a little notice anything else or a something a bit different?

So I'm ready when you guys are?

hi all,

i popped in to the GNi earlier, just to check all things are good for thursday, and he's all set, and making sure he has Pizza stock stuff in for us if we go traditional Italian Pint n Pizza!


fingers crossed the weather is still good by next week, and we should have a hoot!
