Would look good with some big tyres on it.

Well, yes based on recent sales 
If this car was as solid as it looked then all it really needed was a repaint, new extinguisher and harnesses to go racing…….plus a good check over obviously
It was a production spec car when last raced, so fairly standard engine with probably 10 extra Bhp, maybe 120bhp at a real push do not highly modified.
The engine and suspension was done way back by BLS so unless worn out (a risk it could be) then that would be a good and quality set up.
Relevant race series would be a challenge on that spec engine, but as above if as solid as it looked then seems fair, they drove it through the auction.
