Part de-listed. Equivalent?

HI folks. Looking for the clips that go on the underside to hold brake pipes and fuel lines in place. I had been given the part number as 60503819, however these are now obsolete and no alternative exists.
2 questions I suppose - does anyone know of an equivalent or does anyone have some knocking around I could purchase?
