Anyone know this car?

Hi all
Whilst sorting through a hoard of parts, i came across a full owner/service bundle for the car C638 RFE, ladt known keeper on the old style v5 is Guy Wilson, Lincoln area.
I do suspect the car is no longer in circulation due to lack of any history on mot/history..gov.uk but just in case its hiding away somewhere, I'd be keen to reunite the owner with this pack.
