that vid has been in my fav's for a while, awesome cars
still had to watch it all.
the 037 is my all tiem fav lancia, i'd love to one day recreate one using a montecarlo.....maybe, one day
the S4 is actually called the 038 in factory circles.... but an awesome car.
the ecv & later the ecv2 never did make it to the stages as group S was scrapped before it even began! some of the cars that were being built for it ended up at events like pikes peak.
great vid

Lancia throw so much money at the sport back then, which I'm very happy about

I loved my hf turbo ! Sadly owning an integrale will be out of my reach unless I buy a shed
Here's a couple from goodwood this year! If you guys have never been its a must !! It blow me away how close you can get to these amazing cars . Seeing Senna's mclaren

it's one i've been trying to buy from an elderly gent for some time, 5 years+ at least, probably longer.
i keep going round to him every year or so but he never wants to sell, needs a full on resto. proper rough.
but.....
it's a genuine first of the 16V cars.
he bought it new, was RHD converted by john whalley prior to him getting it (i
really can't do lhd)
is red with the twin exhausts, little details but still...
must call round on him and see, it's still there, went past a couple of weeks back...

I remember you talking about this car before now .so i take it you know about where the rust lives on these carsv then

plus its hopefully had the rite conversion then with the steering ,as people put the HF racks on which weren't quick enough so i be read ! But who cares it a grale

yes, always the caes with rhd converted cars. but at least it was done as near to factory as poss, i believe john whalley got the task of converting them for lancia uk?
not sure which rack was used, heard stories of fiat ones being used.....
best i can do though. an evo is way beyond what i could get.
the 16V had a better, more rear biased centre diff so quell the 8v's understeer.
i've had a few deltas, and prismas too, so know where the rust lurks (everywhere

)
this one is a rival for VJM in the rust stakes, but i can't help but feel it needs rescuing
