As posted in the Meets section but possibly more views here....
Well the 6C is fine but I could not get it MoTd as my local tester is in hospital.
Still I have access to a trailer and can borrow a Navarra from a friend- except it has a broken camshaft. His wife also has a tow car but it is new and he broke her old car when towing.......
So ........is anybody coming near Thurleigh (just off the A6 North of Bedford) on Sunday morning going to MITCAR with a towball on their car/truck???
The other problem is that we are away in France Tue pm to Friday pm.

Sorry but the 6C will not be going to MITCAR this year. Unfortunately everything has conspired to make it impossible.......Grrrrr
Plan A Drive it there
- but the MoT has run out and by the time I got the clutch slave cylinder replaced there were only two days that it could be done - and the MoT tester was taken to hospital. A last minute holiday had been booked for four days last week.....

Plan B Trailer it there ....
.. But I need to borrow a suitable tow car ( it is a big four wheel trailer that I can use).
The Navarra has a broken cam shaft.

Plan C Borrow friends wife's tow car...
....but it is a new car to replace previous car - broken when towing......Not possible.

Plan D Try an internet plea on websites....
.......No replies apart from Kev.

Plan E Hire a van with tow ball.......
.....Tried three places and it is now not possible, due to insurance clamp down, to tow with a hire van...................

Enjoy the day "Suds in the Sun"
