Hi Kev,
All is good and loving the site.
Second photo was Cotswold Alfa Day last year.
Blenheim this year and we've a newly restored White QV in the section so hoping for a good Sud/Sprint turn out the year- Sun 29th June.
Intend to get a few more miles on the clock this year as a bit quiet last so up for a boxer gathering .

It's a 1986 1.5 Green Cloverleaf .
A blind eBay purchase which is thankfully pretty solid.

lest hope we can get a good turnout somewhere this year mate, loads of great boxers together again

Might be Dave Townsend he had a Sprint QV, now in Ireland and still has the Silver Sud in the pic.
There are some crackers around at the minute so be really good to get them together

seriously tempted by a GT myself mark, but i'm too tight to dip into my shallow pockets

That's the Sprint I always wanted - looks outstanding.
Now you pair those two up, I see you are quite right, the sprint was/is a practical, stylish 4 seater coupe Grand Tourer, as is the GT
GTs are getting cheaper, though not as cheap as 916 GTVs...
