I will let it run a bit longer, but I will tell you it actually runs eight cylinders plus a supercharger.

Well googled Shrew. Bit of a marmite car isn't it. The windscreen is out of some Renault but rotated 180.

Shrew,
Is this any better?
My guess would be perhaps something for an Alpine? Bearing in mind it is Renault derived and looks three studed.

Interesting - first glance I thought it was a Lamborghini 400GT, another Marmite car.
Like the wheels! Dunlop made some nice composite wheels back in the day...

Spot on Ted, well done.
Stripped and painted it about four years ago.
Sounds amazing.
Kev, good find with the wheels.

Painted spokes really make the car in my opinion.

I agree, I think it looked better without the wheel discs.
It is off to the USA soon as it has been sold to a new owner, and will probably be stripped again and repainted black

Mad.

This one is an auto-think they used what they could lay their hands on in the Sweeney but it does say "Shut it" on the bonnet. The owner also a genuine blue taxi from Carry on Cabby tho'

Not 500cc Shrew - what don't you like about it?

A10?
Its not i dont like as in taste, just not quite fitting with my answer,
One of them being the size of the rear wheel?
Its very close to the mudguard for A series, as if it is a bigger diameter or the mudgaurd sits low?

Correct with A10 now you just need the model - not so easy, the year is '59.
