I recently Found these guys they have massive range of trim clips including wheel arch liner clips and fasteners. Sadly they don’t seem to list the sud sill trim clips. However I’ve had a good look and there’s a couple of designs that may be a good alternative. I may just contact them and send an original sample see if they want to reproduce them

Fermeli has the Sprint sill strip clips. www.fermeli.gr. On the home page, click on top left menu, then go to site map which lists car models (home page suggest they only stock 33 parts). On page 22 you will find the clips with a meaningless name!!
I have had various parts off this guy, he's okay. The website is clunky and you need to view the part pictures, the English translations are bizarre.

E B Spares list clips for GTV6 sill trims and they look the same as the Sud clips to me
