Sud 1.5sc

Post by alfachris »

I collect this last from Dave. I'm very very happy with it. I've got a few bits that I want to do to it. Drives nice and sounds lovely
I'm sitting at the mot station getting it mot'd

Ordered a set of metal number plates
Going to fit gtv front seats, ti lights, boot spoiler, bumpers and bodykit.

Do the tatty bits on the body and re spray in the spring

So glad it's going to do you a good turn Chris. It does sound well doesn't it. The lads at the mot station would always tell me that. Hope you keep it updated on here. Would love to keep an eye on the progress. Plans sound spot on

Done some jobs on the sud on Saturday first was clutch slave, fitted the gtv front seats and air filters but I don't think I'll be keeping them on it. Had a nice drive as well but when I took it out the workshop I hit the telegraph pole.....dented the tailgate and broke the rear light

I had to go down West Sussex at the weekend which I hadn't planned to for a few more weeks.........I had not had time to do timing belt guess what one snapped this morning 10 mins from home on my way back.

So looks like I'll have to go to the garage where the black ti qv and the black/white Sud are stored in a few weeks or so to collect the 1.7 engine plus the bigger brakes
