GTV door help

Hello, I'm restoring a 1750GTV and come to a grinding halt with the drivers door. Has anyone got photos/diagrams of the door frame structure around the upper hinge area? I have the door skin off and the frame is repairable, but I'd like to try to try to keep it as original as possible, just hard to work out from whats left how it all went together.......any help much appreciated......Jon
