Hi all. I am looking for some advice.
I have bought a 1978 Alfa spider and I am looking for a good owners workshop manual and restoration guild.

Any advice is welcome!

So what's the score with the spider? Is it a full resto with body and mechanics ? Get some pics up
Mine was a californian import. But needed a lot of welding on the floor many . Plus it had been badly repaired with new floors . Part welded and part mastic'ed shocking

I don't have pictures just yet, however i am taking over the project form another person and hope i know what i have gotten myself into.

the car has been stripped and i hope everything is still there.

As for mine I sadly had to sell it as I lost job. So all I did was weld and full respray in gloss black! Will post up some pics later. At least it looked a lot better leaving me

Yeah all good in the end! Here's one for starters as you can wasn't in good condition just primed the bonnet!

Bit of the underside

Then I primed the under side

And finally gloss black

Then I started on the top. That was a lots of work with the prep to get everything straight and smooth
I've got more on my laptop I'll post up later when it's all polished up and sadly loaded on to the guys trailer! But at least it left looking bloody good if I say so my self
