Cam Covers & Inlet Plenum Refurbishment

Post by PETROLHEAD »

A common place desire for most Busso fans is to make sure the cam covers, inlet plenum and intake runners are suitably impressive to look at as much as they are working properly, but the norm is often little more than a wire brush and some red hammerite!

Well that's no good is it, so i thought it was time i did my own, a little different, from the Alfa finish anyway, more like the Lancia V6 variant look to be honest, but anyway, what started as a pretty rough and corroded set of parts if i'm being brutal, is now ready to grace the 164 QV in fine style!

It goes without saying, if you have any parts that want a similar dose of TLC, just holla, and i'll see what i can do :P

Oh yes, very nice indeed. Well done, you! You've given them a kind of 'burnished' look judging by the photos. Very classy.
