By popular demand, and common sense, the forum lounge listings for "Technical Discussions" has now been expanded to include the cars of the 156, 147 and GT family platform!

I think we've waited long enough, the platform did afterall arrive in the late 90's so is now over 20 years old, and with many early cars requiring the tlc and love that we already show many of our other Alfa's, it seems a good time to bring them under our wing.

So feel free guys n gells to share your love, or frustrations, for the 156, 147, GT and all GTA versions of the marque.

But be warned, any conversations discovered by our chief moderator Lou and brought to my attention, regarding the choice of air freshners or bonnet wax used to lavish your ride with, will promptly be removed and the participants named, shamed and humiliated!

Got to admit I'm gutted .I had a full list of Waxs to use .plus some amazing air fresheners

Actually I am getting a bit tired of the smell of damp carpets, so some recommendations on good air fresheners would be useful. They also give you an indication of body roll, the ones that hang from the rear view mirror that is. Although I have heard that a dangling one can be an MOT failure! Just adding a picture of my trusty 147 2.0 TS to see if I can work out how to illustrate my posts.

If you want a lateral movement indicator I find fluffy dice work. But don't smell as good as magic trees

Besides, damp carpet smells are part of the qualifying and deserving of a classic car lounge in the first place, either that or the brakes are so woeful you relieve yourself at every red traffic light!
