I have a Clarke Mig151TE welder that is now surplus to my needs. I’ve had this from new and its been a fantastic.
Bit of kit . The only reason I’m selling is I’ve also got a Cebora that I’ve fixed and now takes big bottles (yes I do that much welding)
This little welder is ideal for the home garage and takes the small bottles of Co2 that are widely available .
Come with a load of spare tips and shrouds. £150 ono (they’re over £330 new)
Thought I’d offer it here first before hitting Ebay with it . I’m in staffs ST15

Hi Lou

just to help things along, i can confirm a few benefits of these little welders, that actually do pack a good punch.

30a - 150amp settings means low enough for bodywork, even italian panels! yet good enough for some good sized fabrication too.

my work colleague has a very early version from when they first went "turbo" fan cooled, and its still going strong today,

simple enough for the beginner, powerful enough for some heavier duties, good and reliable, cheaply maintained, readily available consumables, and quite correctly still £335 in machine mart today.

Whats not to like?

Ive seen it myself and its a well cared for and tidy piece of kit.

Someone should snap it up at £150 in my opinion Lou, best of luck :P

PS - You can easily plumb the gas line via a regulator to larger bottles too, so if the welder is to be permanently placed in the workshop/garage, that's also a cheap possibility.

Hi Shrew.
Thanks for your comments. As I said before I’m only selling it as Ive also got a Cebora and this is now surplus .
And I need the room since I bought someone’s BFO compressor

Forgotten you'd advertised this Lou, are you going to SAD at Duxford by chance?

Hi Kev. I hadn’t planned on going as I’ve no car to show.
