Sending PMs

Anyone else having a problem sending PMs?
Showing as having been sent successfully but they are still in my outbox.

Has the recipient actually received the PM do you know .. ? Perhaps its like a stored sent message ?

It's actually a clever feature, at least you know the message has been received by the recipient once it's gone from your outbox.
