Been busy hence the delayed response. Yes, mine's the black one. Agreed, I was seriously impressed by how it took the trip in its stride. Not that I was expecting any particular issues, but you just don't know what's about to fail on a 3+ decade old car.

When I used it as a daily driver all those years ago it just had to cope with 2 people on board. I remember fitting a central lap belt scavenged off a Fiat Uno before I sold it. Thought it might come in useful one day. 27 years later it came in quite handy and we found it coped with a family of 5 surprisingly well!
