Tbh Dave it’s not the age of the candidate that concerned me . More like out of 330 Million people were those two the best America could choose from ?

Yep, I know many countries have loads of candidates and very mixed coalitions which seems poor as well, but the US system at the moment appears to be very broken.
Even the Italians are doing better, which given their post war record is amazing.
