Thanks on all counts Lauren.
You've been a great supporter like many others from the early days, to see it flourish is clearly down to you guys, as much as Shrew and I could have wished we wouldn't have had much of a forum between the two of us
I'm still proud that it needs no moderating as you guys self police it, everyone enjoys the freedom but we seem to have got the best bunch on here so it self regulates.
Besides, I'm not that sure how to moderate things

Donation though, very gratefully received. It all helps to keep the wheels moving, glad you feel the worth 8-)

As a ex-motorcyclist and cyclist I find him very worrying. Ranting away and looking at the camera whilst driving. Bad enough Clarkson and co doing it.

Mind you went to overtake a chap today and he drifted his mobile home across the dotted line as I did it. Probably having his breakfast on the go.

Luckily I'd recorded it and have already watched that bit twice. The Mustang gauges when he flicks it over is just sensational.

That Canadian bloke in the middle is very funny bar the fact he believes the rubbish he is spouting.

The thought that Canada is short of CO2 is very flat earth. How does a gas know which side of the border to stay.

I bet he would vote for Trump if he could. Like the car as well and the two intelligent blokes explaining it well. Thanks.

Anybody watch the excellent show "Bangers and cash" on TV channel Yesterday?
It follows the car and memorabilia auction at Mathewsons in Thorton-Le-Dale, North Yorkshire.
My friend Steve and I went along last August to have a look and the TV guys were there filming a show unbeknown to us! Not why we went, not exactly a budding TV reality star myself but added to the fun of the day.
We've both been waiting for the episode to come on TV from when we were there, think it's going to be this coming Thursday..

I'll be the one in the "old man in a Lancia" T shirt, glasses on so I could actually see stuff, baldy head shining away
My mate Steve kept edging us forward to try and get in shot, had a bid on an Escort in an effort to get on TV too - not me, my mate!
Bit we'll most likely be seen on will be when they tried lifting an old road roller onto a low loader..

The main thing is you do something Tony.
While I am on lockdown I have a lazy start, then find something to do around mid morning.
Little jobs each day.

Now how sad is this, I caught an old episode of The Professionals this morning and I spotted something. I made a note of the time and on +1 hour took this.
Not the best pictures as it is off a TV screen , but it is 1989 and look what pulls out of a junction while Bodie and Doyle are getting their collar's felt. :D

Nice spot 8-)
Well I've had a couple of waisted days really .wanting for the guy to drop his car off. Today tapped out some more sound deadening in the front of the cabin. That's about it. But he's dropped it off now .so I'll get cracking on it tomorrow now .

Hey junior, remember this.... viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2729

You suggested you would come up with a new theme to keep us all occupied, I guess it goes without saying I’m a bit board....

On the sud in the professionals above, I’ve seen a couple of suds and lancia’s in the sweeney reruns , and one scene they parked outside an Italian specialist garage but I couldn’t see the name.

Think that's the episode I've just watched, had a Ferrari and a Fulvia coupe outside.. Bloke making guns in his workshop.. Nice to have a hobby :)

That’s the one !

I’m not ashamed to say I love watching the Sweeney, even if it would never get passed the pc police nowadays.

My little Sunday TV morning too today mate, can't think of anything better, bit of car spotting too.

The garage was called Blakeney car export, Google didn't come up with anything, so assume they did actually make up a sign for the show. Half expected it to be the real garage name still.

OK, as we need to have something to keep us occupied.
Same episode as above, noticed a name in the credits as I always have a look to see if anyone famous was in, was actually thinking one of the police officers sounded like Reece Shearsmith but on checking he was only 9 years old when the last show was made so wasn't him!
But a name did jump out at me, so who is this guy in the middle in the grey coat...

OK, so as that was too easy this guy stood out from his voice, not that helps much on a picture but is a slight clue...
