This turned up at our little local car show and thought people might like to see it. Kev will, I know. :D

Trying to make up some round headlights back plates for the Monte Carlo.

Anyone used any particular material, Nylon, pespex ?

The square headlights are poor even before they are the wrong sided so this will hopefully make the car more usable.

The fuel gauge keeps improving its self by each time it gets filled up the gauge moves higher so the fuel moving around must be doing the trick. Self restoring, fantastic.

Been working on the Lancia over the winter as it lost all oil pressure.

Checked the lousy senders and they both worked, then checked all the ususal suspects, pickup, pressure relief valve, pump, etc. Made a right mess at times, highly frustrating and at the end of it found nothing.

Put a better capillary gauge on and it showed pressure but pissed out oil from where you cannot see it. Put the original gauges back on and they showed it was fine as well. So just driving around with one eye on the gauge.

The 037 pictured earlier in this thread has headlight problems and the nice owner has been asking about the outer dip / main beam outer lights. Anyone got any they could be convinced to sell. Meant to be the Siem ones same as 1500ti.

Thanks.

Thanks Loo loo, Recently had the MonteCarlo consortium call in on one of their runs at our local pub meet up.

Thought people might like to see a row of them.

Very nice. There has always been something about the Zagato that really appeals to me. Had a corgi or dinky one when I was a kid. Liked the side opening bonnet. :geek:
