Question: Does the 1983 Sud have factory installed relays for the headlights? I can see a few relays by the firewall but not sure what they are. Would live to have a wire diagram. Surprised the owners manual does not include one.

My wipers are very slow - wondering if anyone installed a relay for them?

Yes, relays for both.
A Haynes manual as Dave says has the wiring diagrams.
Slow running could also be from bad earth's, as with so many electrical issues on the sud!
