Front wing fitment. Cretin alert!!!

Post by StescoG66 »

I think I have been a bit of a tit. I can't get my front wing to align so the door fouls it badly. The tit bit is......
On the A pillar where the wing bolts on, between the bolt holes there are recesses/indents. I have filled these in........ Would I be correct in saying that the wing sits in these indents and that is why I can't get it to fit??
Feel free to take the piss!!

That said, got her ticking over ok so partial redemption.

Don’t they have captive nuts behind the holes, which have movement for adjustment ?

Wing is wrapped in bubble to protect while it is not fitted. Will do that in the next couple of nights.
