Will you guys just cap off the line that´s intended for the Alfa 33 configuration and not supposed to be there for the Sud application or is anybody planning a more extensive reconstruction in this area to resemble the original factory spec for the Sud

Got a reply from ATP saying they didn’t recognise the ref number, is there a different one perhaps?

Would it help if we had a name for the ATP guy dealing with our purchase.

Just looked through the thread and the chaps called Patrick .

I’ve had a reply giving me their IBAN and Bic/Swift numbers . I intend to be transferring funds tomorrow.

Ive also emailed back asking for PayPal details . I find their lack of communication a little off putting. it seems the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing . I want to pay but worried that it’s going to go missing
Btw this is in NO way a dig at Dave he’s done a fab job negotiating with them .
Just wish they were a little more responsive to emails

Still interested to buy a tank if possible.
What will we need to do re payment, delivery address etc. to purchase one please?

Hi Sam I think your down for 1 as per Daves earlier comment . So If not done so already follow daves instructions earlier in the thread . Regarding contacting ATP This should help get things moving. I think we’ve all done it then.
They appear to be quite crap at replying to emails.

UPDATE: ATP sent a reply e-mail saying that the person who made first contact needs to place the order and make the payment.

Yeah I got that aswell . This morning . Looks like we need to set up a group Account. Is that something the Admins can do. ?
Alternatively could they give us a code to use at checkout in their fleabag shop
Or they could just drop the price on fleabag . Or is that too simple !!

When i first contacted them, they asked if i had an account.

I said no, the tank I bought in 2016 was via ebay.
So, they asked for my ebay user name which I gave them.

I don't really want to have to buy 5 tanks, and have to store, and forward them on.

If they dropped their ebay price it would make things a lot simpler.
But communication with them isn't easy!

Dave. Obviously Patrick has done us a deal for a simple transaction. So Just an idea if you have a paypal acc would you be prepared to deal with the transaction. we will all pay you via PayPal then when you have funds from ALL involved in the group buy. You could make one payment. As for shipping. I’d be prepared to receive the consignment here to my home address as I’m usually home most days. Then those involved just arrange collection from me in staffs or maybe at NAD in July.

Since I don't live in the UK shipment to the UK and then back to the Netherlands is a bit of a let down. Of course I will pay by PayPal to Dave because he put out his neck for others, but the ATP co-operation is ..........

My thoughts were, to keep things simple, was to take delivery of all the tanks here
I can store them securely here.

Anyone reasonably nearby could collect from Stockport.
Otherwise, would need to be forwarded on.

If i asked ATP to deliver them to several different locations it might be difficult?

That’s Very good of you Dave. I said I was happy to have the shipment sent that me in staffs. but if you’d rather (or if it’s simpler) to have them shipped to you then that’s fine by me .
I was just trying this take some responsibility off you Dave.
If Alfa Japans (1 tank) could go to Holland I’m sure that would be appreciated .

Besides the "capping off" of the excessive line posted earlier I also am wondering if other members are considering to make this silver coloured tank black as it was according factory original specification?

Any thoughts on how to do this in a durable and affordable way?

ATP say that the offer of 120 euros per tank is for shipping to one address only.
They are not prepared to ship to several different addresses.
So,it would either be collection from my home in Stockport, Cheshire.....or I can forward to a different location.

They currently have 18 tanks available

I've received payment for 3 so far.....and I'll have one myself as a spare.

Hoping to place the order this week.....they are very slow to react to emails....takes them 2-3 days to reply.

I'm doing this as a non profit scheme to benefit Forum members.

So, will be asking for the cost price of 120 euros per tank (approx £105) plus any onward shipping cost.
