Probably be selling mine, red one recently gotten through the test.
Plans are currently up in the air, needs painting and I've given up my unit for paint, so not so easy to tidy it up.

My head keeps getting turned by other stuff, of course I keep saying i'll stop buying stuff, but I'd like to get stuff that's decent and useable, this is useable but looks a bit less than decent!

Full MoT, 81k on the clock, I did the belts a month or so back, gears/clutch/engine etc all perfect. New exhaust, etc etc. More details on the thread.

Not after a fortune, around £1,200 or so for a sorted but untidy GTV isn't bad rather than for an unknown one...

Gave it a machine polish this afternoon, worth a shot for a couple of hours I thought, some of it has come up well like the bonnet and bumpers, them being plastic I guess.
Roof and drivers door and rear 1/4 are almost stripped of lacquer so unlikely to get much shine just off the basecoat.
Looks way ore presentable now though, maybe I'll keep it, nice collection of red cars!

Yes, you too Lou. And made a little space in the workshop, not that you'd notice! I really ought to spend a few days sorting things out, but my logic is that there's a heap of Dedra parts waiting to be fitted so with them out of the way I will have space to store stuff!

Yes, the GTV came up reasonably well all things considered, way less pink and better than the pix suggest, my phone camera always makes red cars look orange!
Even had a ride in Johns' new 405 T16 to Market Rasen and back, an interesting car but LHD meant I was sat staring at oncoming trafic!

Car now gone to a very chuffed new owner, £1,350 I still consider to be an absolute bargain for a stylish piece of Italian luxury.
Guys couldn't believe how good the seats are which for me having seen the "quality" of leather seats in makes other than Italian I can see why there were so surprised, Ford etc leather is just awful, terrible feel to it.
Anyway, another car gone so I'll be trying to resist buying anything else....until a suitable V6 GTV comes my way..
