1974 Giulia Twin Spark Project
1974 Giulia Twin Spark Project
Due to change of regs, plans and too many projects my 1974 Giulia 1300 Super is up for sale. Thought I would offer it here first. It's a South African import but even the African sun cant save these from some rust. It does need new front floor pans( Shown in pics) New floor pans are available from Classic Alfa. I planned to put the Twin Spark Engine (Included) in on carbs and keep the 1300 box for its better ratios and use it for tarmac rallies but the regs were changed and would no longer allow the engine swap in the class I wanted to run it in. It would also make a great road project with all bits including interior trim available from Alfaholics or Classic Alfa. The original 1300 Nord engine has a hole in the block. Looking for 5k may split engine from car if the car goes first. Car stored at Brunswick Motorsport Cambs.

What it could look like.

Hi Gary
I’m losing track of your projects, last time I was at Dave’s the z4 was there and the sud. When did the Giulia get there ?
It would make a great fast road car with the twin spark In it and 1300 box.

I’d put a 2.0 16v TS On throttle bodies With Omex management on it mated to the 1300 box With LSD out back.
It’d be a sweet project
And id jump at it If I didn’t already have 3 on the go
That said Gary how much for just the car With no engine or box

Hey Tim,
Exactly, too many projects. The Z4 is nearing completion. Then I am going to get the Sud finished and will probably sell it. then start on the 155! I also have in Australia a Toyota Ae86 rally car, A 1967 Giullia Super hillclimb project that I am building with a friend and I have just found an ex Group A Fiat Strada Abarth that I want to return back to being a race car.
It's a bit of a problem really

As a forum special deal, I'd take what I have in it without the ts engine which is 4k. But it would come with the current 1300 engine and gearbox in it. As I don't want to pay to get them taken out.

A friend has just completed a twinspark Guilia like this. He has set it up to look like a standard Guilia Ti. Awesome sleeper. Being so light, it's really quick and nimble.
