146 ti in good order needs new owner!

This is a car that I've been told of today, sadly has to go as no room at the inn :|

Good looking, soon to be classic 146 ti, very tidy, 98k, loads of history, and best of all currently owned by GJ Autos, alfa, fiat, lancia fanatics and specialist garage.

Getting thin on the ground now these 146 Ti's, this looks like a good first classic Alfa for someone?
