Browsing Ebay.co.uk last night and came across two listings that caught my eye:
First up a 105 bhp Gold Cloverleaf hatch from South Africa with just 40K miles recorded. Manufactured from a KDK at the Brits factory in the last year of production: 1984. Has interesting variations on the European spec cars with a higher quality velvet check pattern cloth trim on seats and door cards, plus a locally made steering wheel of a different design with round holes in the metal spokes that I have seen a few times before on SA built Sud's.

The second car is a very nice looking Trofeo edition Sprint, not sure if it belongs to a forum member or not? Looks like a very smart well cared for example and starting price looks sensible at £7.5K with no reserve.
Somebody is going to get a great car for the money if it goes for less than £10K

Two nice Sud's on Ebay right now
Re: Two nice Sud's on Ebay right now
The sud looks like a very good deal at that money as it is so original and the right model in many ways.
Yet again I should have bought that one and be driving it rather than waiting on an auto electrician.
The sprint sounds like on to cherish in a warm garage as so much spent on it.

Re: Two nice Sud's on Ebay right now
Odd yet interesting combination on the SA Gold Cloverleaf. The 105 BHP engine was in Europe only applied to the Green Cloverleaf, the Gold Cloverleaf used the 95 BHP. I wonder if the engine is original or replaced at some point in time for the 105 BHP one. The South African built vehicles are however known for their unusual combination of features.
Both vehicles look like gems. I wish them a nice new Alfista/Sudista home.

It is, very nice and a CAF member.
Chris bought it to MITCAR last year.
