Sorry mate, can't think of any other valid reason not to go and take a look than a potential aggrevated "other half". Keep us posted

Exactly! I can hear it now-What do you need another car for? We don't have the space? You already have 3 unfinished projects. Blah blah blah. She just doesn't understand.

This isn't the kind of support I was hoping for
I guess there is no harm in just looking.
My name is Gary, I am an Alfaholic. It has been 3 months since I last bought an Alfa.

I parked my last Alfa I bought at the bottom of our road.
For the first few days I didn't mention it.
After a week I started to say "that's a nice looking 33 - I wonder why its parked there" ?
After another few days I said " oh its still there"
The next day it was on our drive by the time she was home and of course I said I'd bumped into the chap who owned it and he just let me have it as he knew I was into alfa's.
There is a reason why I have never taken the missis to any Alfa meet

So did you take a look Gary? Looks like some one bought it.
I picked up a 3dr TI from North Hobart a couple of months back, not as good as the one in your link but its now my daily:-)

Nah I decided I was only willing to risk divorce for a series 1. Is yours the silver one that was for sale for half the price?

Yes, that's the one. Its not as good in the flesh. I bought it as a project but had to press it into daily duties when my daily decided to die!
Its been interesting! I've not driven a sud for around 10 years, great fun but its crying out for some spanner/welder time.
I think the membership guy from Club motori has a S1 that he may want to sell. Its in bits though.

I might go to the Club motori hillclimb this weekend. I will ask about!
