Evening all .
I’m trying to locate a special Sprint . It’s a car that Westune Built as part of the Dealer team. The unusual thing is it’s a LHD this is because we wanted to debut the car for the 76 Tourist Trophy and we could only get hold of a LHD car.
Would anybody know of the whereabouts of an old LHD sprint with roll cage etc that maybe lanqishing in a garage . It could be any colour but was originally Red .
Any help would be greatly appreciated

By a strange coincidence Jon Dooley posted a (colour) picture of exactly the same car in his article in the AROC magazine about Geoff Gordon's Group 2 Veloce Sprint...

I think I’ve worked out this is the car But it’s now RHD however what give it away is it’s got LHD wipers so I reckon it’s the same car .
I’ve emailed Jon and am awaiting a reply .

Update on my quest . It seems the car in question was written off some years ago so no longer exists .

Mike Lindsay did tell me but I can’t remember.

I've no parts left Lou, exhaust manifolds are prone to cracking but I did weld mine up which lasted all the while I owned it and the next couple of owners as far as I know. Sure you'd be capable of welding a cast one, grinding a nice big groove is actually fun!
