A brave restoration, it was a basket case, but with its race history worth it. I think Chris Whelan also owns an ex Italian touring car 75 turbo also so very envious.

I bet it was .but Ian's restos are top notch and obviously a big budget for it . Great that it's been saved tho 8-)

Yes, not Ian's cup of tea, but he has got it right. Thanks for posting that.

True .he's more of 60-70s Alfa restorer . Nice guy tho. Phoned him years ago when I was restoring my spider . Was more than happy to give advice.

:lol: Your talking to the person who could not get the link to the Italian imp to work! :oops:

Your right though he is generous with his advice and I found him good in that he would get in touch if there was a problem and discuss it with you, rather then you turn up and its solved to their idea of what was needed.
