Sounds like a nicely sorted motor.
Do you plan to keep for a while or move straight on ?

I had a few hours down the workshop yesterday morning got the head off the plastic tensioner had broken up and was in the timing belt cover.
Had to look after the kids in the afternoon so I rebuilt the cylinder head swapping over studs, cams, inlet manifold with injectors and new water pump then timed it up with cam locks

The exhaust manifold has a crack in it so will weld it for now as the spare one is 90 miles away in storage

the 20VT's are buggers for cracking manifolds as i'm sure you're aware. I too welded mine up for the 145 conversion, as far as I know it's still on there so they can last a while after welding..

Well finished putting it back together on Monday morning but has the keycode light on tried all the normal tricks to clear it but still on.
I've sent my spare ecu off to have it set to a Virgin ecu as I've lost the chip for it
So hoping to have it back for the weekend
