when I did the 145 with the fiat coupe engine I used a combination of fiat & alfa wiring, a right headache! then I heard there is a guy who can delete the yellow box altogether if you send him the ecu & relevant keys/box....so yes, it can be done :)

Looking good lou,

One thing i cant see though is your harness bar?

I thought being a new cage install that would have specced into it already?

I know from walking round the paddock this year that many folk have been sluggish to react to the new legislation, and some of those that have appear to have interpretted the angles of install recommended in the rules rather, errr, differently!

]Finally got the spider finished and track ready . Went to Snetterton a couple of weeks ago . Initial impressions are good its got decent pace. I had a problem with it constantly jumping out of gear as a result i had to race the whole weekend steering one handed and holding it in gear with my left hand. As such we treated the event as a test session .
Considering I'd never even driven the car in the road and had no idea if it had any problems im happy with the way it went. Anyway I've got the gearbox out now to replace the clutch and Found the problem . The linkage pivot thats mounted on the Rack had seized solid and the rubber bush was acting like a spring and pulling the lever out of gear. Thankfully it was A simple fix .
