Careful here Tim  There are very few 4 stud Fords that have anything other than the 4 x 108mm pcd, in fact it's possibly limited to just a few later cars that they have built off borrowing other platforms, such as the mazda car for the festa, and the fiat 500 for the kack i believe. any 4 stu...

I have one or two i think, should be serviceable as came from running cars if i recall correctly. Its generally thought of that longer is better for torque and shorter is better for top end bhp.
Oddly similar to exhaust on the opposite side too,

Yes, the yanks do have it slightly different dont they. Is it any wonder they have smog and emission issues when the fuel is...

Id get 2 x pairs of spacers, and try that.
Theory is, a little more height and distance from the inlet throat allows the mixture to atomise better before meeting the cylinder, and better heat insulation is a given.

No argument from me on that one Lauren :P Another angle not yet touched on is fuel quality. According to my old superbike dyno man and tuner, whose brother in law was a respected petro-chemist, the standards of modern fuels vary quite wildly. Whilst the tuner could see a mixture of dyno results due ...
