Re: Never Let It Be Said That ...
i might be on my own here but......i don't think that's too bad if the insurance company have done their usual thing and fitted new parts instead of repairing? did it have a new bumper, door or rear 1/4 panel? if they just repaired and repainted all 3 items then maybe it's a tad high, but as you've ...

Re: My S1 Sud Ti
didn't plan on doing anything much else to the sud this weekend, don't want it to occupy all my spare time or put any deadlines on it being done. if it's done this year then great, but most likely it won't be. but a few spare hours this afternoon allowed me to catch up a little with parts finding an...

I closed my AO account yesterday, I havn't used it for months but thought it would be good to close it and leave 'em a few comments in the 'reasons why box', as some of you know I trade in new old stock car parts as a job so any alfa parts sales will get a heads up to this site to help so that in t...

nice to see you again mate, glad you've come back to the sud fold. the standard of work you put in is superb, said it before on the old site and worth saying again. seamless blending of that arch, really impressive. can see why it would take so long. but worth the effort. 8-) be nice to see a few S...

That's a tough one......do the side panels have flames on them? Pre 63 scooter as it doesn't have a suffix reg. Other than that, no idea! Either the chap is very tall or the scooter is small , like a Vespa 50, but the rear panels don't look like a Vespa. I'll leave shrew to guess on the helmet ! pi...

only thing you have to mind with the aerosol glue i used for the roof lining is it's very stringy and if there is a strong wind (like there is most days down my wind tunnel/driveway) then the overspray blows everwhere, usually onto the nice shiny paint :( luckily it is still nice and smooth so polis...
