Not in a rush, its just that I had to convert one of those engines with Ti heads and twin carb conversion, which isnt ideal if you want to keep a car as genuine as possible

Heads corrosion was the issue with me too. Couldnt find anything good enough to work with

1 - Block with pistons and liners off a 2.0 ltr carb Giulietta

2 - Cylinder head off a 1750 Berlina

Can I put these parts together and end up with a decent engine ?

What are the differences between the 2.0 ltr cylinder head and the 1750 ?

Hang on mate... If you found a T mark which you hadnt noticed before, then is it possible that your timing belts were set on the stud instead of the "T" ? This would explain your hesitation issues.

Best take the cam covers off and have another look at your timing marks me thinks
