Re: Gear selector oil seal size
Hi Dave - the seals that are the worst offenders seem to be the ones that seal around the halfshafts. You need special tools to extract the pressed-on bushes to get to them, and I understood that they were no longer produced, but may be wrong (wouldn't be the first time). Do you have a part number/s...

Re: Rear Wheel Drive Racing Sprint
I see you are well ahead of me! That's a cooling hose I can see behind the drivers seat isn't it? You are keeping it boxer I hope? Nice as Philip's 6C concept is, I think a cooking boxer mid-mounted in a Sprint shell would be pretty much the ultimate! As for the Alitalia Sprint, I can see the appeal...

Re: The Green Meanie!
OK, I'm here now, and I think I'm going to be right at home in the cosy lounge Shrew and Kev have made for me (thanks guys). Personally I think it's great to have some more green cars around. Re: Simply Italian 2012
This little Giulia Super belongs to Des Clare, he lives in West Sussex now, but the car (and him) are originally from Australia! He is a member of the Goodwood section of AROC and can often be found at the Breakfast Club. In fact, he even got into "Supercar Sunday" one year, by pointing out that his...

Re: sprint race car
Fabulous car - I still enjoy watching your lap of the 'Ring on Youtube. Sorry to hear that your block fractured  I have an engine that I am working on that uses the standard 1.5 block with 1.7 crankshaft and special pistons. Longer stroke length, so not the way to go for racing, but for road us...

Re: Rear Wheel Drive Racing Sprint
Hi Chris - that's a great looking Sprint! I love the Alitalia colour scheme, it looks really evocative - and as for the rectangular slot exhaust tips... they're grrrreat!!! ...Only when I saw the louvres on the back, and read rear wheel drive, I thought for a minute that you had done the full Philip...
