My suggestion is to richen those two cylinders with the mixture screws, it doesn't take them to be out by much for them not to fire. Is it possible you have an air leak with the breather bleed tubes?

I have manged to get mine in place without removing anything, but subsequently lost the circlip, which is very difficult to get in place with the disc in place.

Well, we got them home in two trips, brakes were free on the super, but fronts locked solid on the QV.
