Is that Faito Green Metallic like my '78 Super? I didn't realise this was used on the Series 3? I though it was a late Series 1, Series 2 and early Sprint colour only.

That makes sense. I'll keep a look out for the manifold. There seems to be loads of carbs around for sale but I can't seem to find a suitable manifold. The wheels are Momo's. They've been on the car since new. They're really light and I suspect they may be magnesium.

It's a strange one. It wasn't registered until Jan '79 but still has the S1 dash. My Super was manufactured in Dec '77, registered in Aug '78 but has the S2 dash.

It had a carpet of corrosion underneath, a bent gear selector fork I think it was and the spring for the choke was missing that if you used choke it wouldn't turn it off again so it would choke/smother the engine...
