Re: New Sprint owner but definitely not new to Alfas!

Very wise choice re engine IMO Chris. My lock up is beyond where I can legally travel to during the higher levels of lockdown here in the Republic of Ireland. As an advertising sales man, income is down too so in fairness the car/hobby fund was hit a little but not lots. I've fettled a few of my fle...

The hub bolt holes can be elongated to allow the angle between hub and strut to be altered enough to correct camber, that's how I did mine on advice from people in the know 8-)
I'll try and dig some shots out.
Thanks Kev, very well known and liked specialist here in the ROI did recommend that.

Re: compbrake top strut mounts

I've a road going 1984 Sud Gold Cloverleaf that is lowered and has too much negative camber up front.
Any reasonably priced solution for top mounts?
Or has anyone created adjustable camber at the bottom of the strut?

Re: Cut out on brake pads

Hands up who last worked on a twin leading shoe brake system? Laverda 750 GTL. Best of all I worked on one years ago as the brakes were poor. Took it to Ferodo competition shop and they said the original material was HGV stuff, so they matched the materials up with new and the first time I used the...

Don't forget to apply some Loctite when fastening the inner hexagon head bolts!
I would second this as a ti I had and subsequently sold on once dropped the 6 bolts out at low speed!
